Hi! I’m Kimberly and I help people connect to their inner wisdom to develop greater purpose, joy, health, hope, and freedom. I see your greatness and hold the space for it. I help you achieve your dreams by creating small doable steps and teaching you practical proven methods to create wellness, manage stress and remove blocks so you can move forward and chart the path of your full potential. As an agent of encouragement, nothing energizes me more than seeing you attain a life of freedom, joy, health and full self expression.
I understand how stress and injury can be barriers to the life you want. I had a serious car accident that caused critical injuries and ongoing pain. I have learned to manage that naturally and help others to do the same. After burning out from the corporate world, I refocused my energy on getting back to the basics—growing organic food, cooking nutritious meals, exercising, meditating and learning to listen to my heart.

I named my business Inspire Wellness because the word inspire means to breathe life into, to encourage somebody to greater confidence, enthusiasm, or creativity. That’s my intention for you!
I spend my free time enjoying organic gardening, cooking, dancing, traveling, writing, creating art and teaching others how to live a joyfully, healthy lifestyle they enjoy!
